All pro custom Tile

In this particular job we just did flooring, shower tile, and kitchen backsplash. In the photos below you will see that the floor tiles are 18'x36' Italian field tiles. To install these in this 60 year old house we had to level the entire floor as it was a good 2" sloped with a high crown in the center of the house due to years of settling. After Leveling we we then used flush pins or Leveling pins with 1/8" spacers to get a nice smooth floor with minimal lipage. Greater then 900sqft The tub surround that you see was done in 3"x10" subway tiles and there again we had to Level the walls for this tile to lay correctly. You will notice our custom built niche with the pattern of the tile inlaid to give the illusion that it was just pushed back into the wall. The back splash we completely wrapped around with glass subway mosaics to compliment the earthy granite and beautiful nickle fixtures giving this space a clean high end mid century modern feel to it. The Fireplace in the photo was a work of renovation rehab as it was in really bad shape. After 2 days of prep work to screet it out and square it up we were ready to put up the 18"18 Limestone tiles. Beautiful results for this Renovation Rehab.
