He didn’t show. I called to get an update on timing and was bluntly informed “I’m not coming today”. At that time it was going to be too late to find an actual professional plumber that could get hot water back into the house. Actual rating -10 stars. Don’t waste your time waiting on this guy. Old town plumbing was prompt courteous and prepared to actually work and fix the issue!
