Bayou Fences

My mother n law hired them to install a chain link fence, and paid them half the job, remaining payment at completion. After a month went by they delivered half the materials , then another month went by till they started job and stated would be finish by weekend. Well another month went by and they never showed to complete job.We are now looking for a new company to finish job.What kind of company would take advantage of a elderly woman who just lost her husband a few months earlier who served his country being in the Army for 30 years and was a Vietnam Vet.
