I called them out to clean my carpet, and the tech mentioned that they do hardwood floors. I told him that I would think about it, and he gave me a price and left me a estimate. I was really wanting to see how the carpet turned out before I did my hardwood floors. I saw my carpet after they finished and it looked brand new! I couldn't believe it. I called them the next day to discuss hardwood floor refinishing. They were able to start on it the week after, my hardwood looks amazing now. I am very satisfied with how my floors turned out.

My wood floors were in bad shape and needed some maintenance. I called platinum floor services and they had someone come out to give me an estimate the same day! They gave me a few options of what I could do to make my floors look great again. We decided on doing a sand, refinish and stain. They gave me a quote to have all the work done at an extremely reasonable price. They were able to start the job that same week and had all of the work done in no time. My floors look brand new! I will for sure be recommending platinum floor services to everyone I know who needs their floors done!
