3 Cousins Cleanup

We hired 3 Cousins Cleanup in October 2018 to fix a leak in a dormer on our second floor. The initial quote was $3,500 to repair and replace both dormers. We agreed to this price as we did not want further water damage in the bedroom. The night before the job was to commence, the owner called to say he needed to purchase “special” materials and the cost of the job would now be $4500. We felt we had no choice but to accept this price given the continuing problem. Work was completed shortly thereafter. Months later I emailed the owners to say the dormer continued to leak and requested them to come back to the house. I was told by the person who did the work that the job was subcontracted to him and he was NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE LEAK. I have been waiting for 5 months for them to come back to the house fix the problem. I have had to pay out of pocket for temporary repairs as a result of their shoddy work. I will have to get a roofing specialist in the spring for a to fix their work. Peter has time and time again postponed solving this problem. He asked for me to send a copy of my repair bill, which caused no action. He lied. Do not trust this man or company. Unprofessional.
