I wish I could leave zero stars! Terrible service and communication. They never answer your calls, do work you did not ask nor signed up for, bill you for things you did not have done, and use chemicals even after you've sent letters and talked to their team about not using. I wrote a letter a month ago giving them an end date for their services and they just came to our house...they don't care about their customers. I would never recommend them and wish they would stop trying to take our money. Avoid at all costs!

i feel they do a very good job. The only problem I have had is with communication issues. I think once that gets cleared up, then I would give their service 5 stars. So please provide an email so your customers can contact you with questions or concerns. Joan
