Pappada Heating & Cooling

I had central air installed May 9, 2017 in my home the staff was professional and polite. We had to have it adjusted because it was still not cooling our home, we had to call 5-18-17, 5-19-2017, and 5-20-2017 before call was answered and equipment was adjusted. We were instructed to wait until another hot day to see if unit would then work correctly. After having a couple hot days the central air is still not working. We have called 4 times, twice we received "mailbox full" and twice we left messages. We called 6-13-2017, 6-17-2017, 6-19-17, and 6-21-2017. After spending over $2000 it would be appreciated if a call was returned. At this point in prepared to have them uninstall it and give me a refund and researching how to file complaint with BBB or potentially begin looking into going to court for repairs and or refund.
