Diamond Shine Epoxy Flooring

We used Jason to redo our garage aprons. We previously had river stone that after 10 years was starting to chip. Immediately after the job was completed we noted there was a crack in the job. My wife texted Jason a week after it was completed. Jason stated he was very busy but wouldn’t forget us. Well 14 months later I finally got him to come to my house to see his poor workmanship. There were numerous areas of delamination and cracking of of the apron. We were told before he did the job that it would be indestructible. After we finally got him to come look at it over a year after he completed the job he told us it was past the 60 day warranty and blamed it on hydrostatic forces. We have had 2 contractors look at it since and both said it wasn’t hydrostatic forces but poor quality work. Jason wanted to charge us another $1500 to fix his poor work. My wife texted him and said no way. He proceeded to call my wife a “Karen”. Please google the term “Karen” to see the racist description of what it means. I would never use Jason and Diamond Epoxy Rip-off or recommend them to anyone.
