DO NOT BE FOOLED by these bogus and bias reviews, because most of which, if not all are by family members(that I have personally met and spoke with), extended family members, workers they have hired, and friends. Unlike them, I was an actual customer and I WOULD NOT EVER AGAIN hire this dysfunctional, unorganized, fraudulent, pop-up so-called experienced, fly by the seat of their pants group of individuals that they call a business. Jordanny Aquino is the owner of this establishment. He comes to your in-home consultation and feed you nothing but lies regarding what they have years of experience doing, how they will do it expertly, and that he is just a phone call away if there are any issues or discrepancies that you, the paying customer, may encounter. NOT TRUE! Please be informed that if you hire them for a big job like mine that takes several days to complete (painting full exterior and interior of the house to include the ceiling and staining the fence) you will only see him in the beginning, and when it is time for the payment to be made. In the interim when you attempt to call him, he avoids your calls, and will not call you back. Their quality of work is less than sub-par. The only worker that shows he is professional and knows what he is doing is Oscar. He is meticulous and very personable. He is the only one that can keep this business afloat, or save them all in general, because the rest of his workers are lazy, disrespectful to your home by smoking on the grounds and leaving buds when they have been advised not to do so at the very beginning of going into the contract with them. This business is very green to home renovations and really needs more time and experience before they title themselves as a professional business with experienced contractors. They are more like a revolving group of your local town's handymen/woman who can barely communicate with you because of heavy language barriers. I say this because they did not even know that they should have taped, spackled areas of imperfections, repaired nail pops, covered hardware, and/or expensive light fixtures prior to just throwing paint on the wall and ruining things that should have never been ruined, which had to be replaced. They also did not use, and refused to use adequate lighting to make sure that the paint was applied evenly and did not leave light spots. Jordanny also makes guarantees that he does not keep. Such as, when it was brought to his attention that his paint crew got paint splatter all over my exterior carriage pendant light, he stated that he would come back and make it right, or replace it, if he could not repair it to the way it was when they arrived. After several attempts to contact him about his availability to come back, he has avoided answering his phone. All in all, if after reading this review and you still choose to hire this circus act, don't say you were not warned later. This pop-up business was established to benefit the illegal immigrant family members and friends that makes money off of the hard-working, law-abiding U.S. Citizens and take it back to their countries by doing an unprofessional and unsatisfactory job that will cost the customer more of a financial hardship when we have to pay more to repair their work. Take it directly from me, this company is not in business to make the customer happy and whole. We are not the beneficiaries, the family members and friends that wrote most of these bogus reviews are. (i.e., Francisco, Grisely, etc.) I only hope this review helps you to not make the bad decision I did in hiring them. I lost more money by hiring them, because they had no clue what they were doing and scammed me out of thousands of dollars by assuring me that they were true home renovation professionals and paint specialists.
