His low key demeanor along with his smile and positive attitude make his approach very comfortable and trustworthy. We talked about what we wanted, he sent emails of what he was going to get and we had an error on our part in one of the doors but didn't realize it until after it was in. Mark was easy to replace the door with the one we wanted and did so promptly and without any stress on both parties. It was our mistake - not his.
