Able Tub Repair

Patrick was supposed to fix a crack in our shower floor, left without finishing, said it had to harden, said he would come back a few days later. Got a call from his girl minutes before he was supposed to come saying he had a stroke, and she was laughing about it. Ok... supposed to come out this weekend, no call no show. Ripped us off $455. Will be pursuing a lawsuit. Avoid at all cost.

Repaired small crack in fiberglass tub. Couldn't tell there was ever a repair done when finished. Price was alot less then expected. Would definitely recommend them for anyone with same problems.

I've use Able tub repair about 8 years ago to resurface our Fiberglass shower and they did a great job. We called them again to resurface our ugly green out dated bathtub in our guest house and again they did a perfect job for us. They offered me a discount for being a return costumer that i thought was a nice gesture and as always they were on time and professional. Thank you!

Patrick was suppose to refinish my tub this past Saturday (6-22-19) and texted me at 610a.m. stating he had an emergency. We agreed on rescheduling the next day. About 30 minutes prior to my appointment, I received a phone call advising me a car hit the back of his truck on the interstate and for the 2nd time, I rescheduled for today which is Monday. Appointment time was 5:30p.m. It is now 7:26p.m. I called twice and left a voice message, but no response. Very upset. I have been more than kind and understanding and this is how I'm treated as a customer. So unprofessional, dishonest, inconsiderate. I understand things happen, but this is the 3rd time  he has done this to me in a row. I even asked if he was okay prior to rescheduling my appointment the 2nd time. I was really counting on him today. All it takes is a phone call. We are human. In conclusion, I hope he did not sustain any injuries nor personal lost in the car accident that suppose to have occurred. My business was not valued here!! Effective 7-1-19. To those who read this beware by this company. This is the 4th time I got stood up for a scheduled appointment even after I got a text this morning that he would definitely come. My appointment time was 1.p.m. today. The time is now 3:33p.m. and he has yet to come nor text anything. I do not believe this company is legit. This will be reported . No way is this how you run a business....so inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful to the highest level!!!!
