| Master bath redemption | Nov 2017 | The homeowner hired in a previous contractor with absolutely no imagination, taste, or color scheme or knowledge of tile installation. He ended up kicking them out an hired us the do a partial demo and replace. The shower ceiling was plastered that we demoed and installed a white glass subway tile with an alabaster grout. We demoed the garden tub and used the same gray and black marble used for the floor with a dark gray grout and we tore up and relayed half of the floor and regrout the whole floor. Now we just completed the work and haven't had a chance to clean it. Also we may do some changes to the cream bottom edge tiles, so this isn't a completely completed project. | $2k | Virginia Beach, VA | |
| Making it market ready | Oct 2017 | The homeowner is trying to get the house cleaned up, painted & new carpet to put on the market for sale. Now we aren't finished bit we have done quite a bit. So far upstairs we have installed crown molding in the master bed and hall, we framed in the hallway access panel, we installed a new hall closet door/frame, we painted all the doors, trim, crown, bedrooms and hall but still have some touch ups to do. Monday we start carpet installation and a new barn door. I will consistently update as we finish within the next 2 weeks. | $4k | Virginia Beach, VA |
