Stoneridge built us a beautiful home. The problem we found is they don’t stand behind the 1 Year Warranty. Three days after we moved in, they were sent a list of things that needed to be corrected. Stoneridge received many lists over the 1 year warrant period. Someone was sent out once to repaint the front door. He painted one side and said he had to leave. Two fellows came out and repaired a kitchen drawer. Our list to Stoneridge included paint issues with all the cabinets and woodwork. The paint is peeling on all the woodwork. We have issues with the kitchen flooring. All of these things were noted in our list. A company representative came out, 8 months after we moved in to see what the problems were. She assured us all would be taken care of. After the representative came to the house, our calls, texts and emails went unanswered. My husband and I have built 7 new homes in our 52 years of marriage. We have never had a builder, not honor a contract or a warranty. Buyer beware.
