Project was completed with quality and good customer care. Scheduled for one day, it actually required two. Total time billed was the same as estimated, because I agreed to do some minor finishing myself. Material expense was higher than estimated, but was mitigated by making some last minute substitutions. Suspect that project was bigger than KLB first thought. Jeff Gent did a lot of extra things to make this project a success, and his electrical experience was a plus. I would call KLB again for future projects because I think they are trustworthy and high quality.
