In 2003, Lynn began as a landlord, managing between 28 to 51rental properties. All this while she also did her own renovations and construction. She started off with small things, sheetrock repair, painting, small plumbing problems. Over the years and lots of practice she has improved on all her skills and has added more to her list. One of her favorites is refinishing hardwood floors. It is time consuming and the smell can be something awful, but the outcome is well worth it. Alex began working building houses and remodels at 16 while still in high school as a summer job at first, which continued as he went to college to study Architecture. He slowly expanded his experience from framing and concrete to drywall, texture, painting, cabinet building, and log home building. Now almost 30 years later he has experience in every aspect of residential construction from plan and design to finish product. He continued his love for building while in the Marine Corps as a combat engineer gaining more experience in building roads, bridges, runways and many other useful concepts which may be applied to everyday life. He has always enjoyed building and still is eager to continue building almost anything someone asked him.
