AAA Maintenance & Cleaning

Well...I called and complained to the service tech and he offered to return and make it right. He sprayed some cleaner over closed blind, swished his towel over it, and asked if that was good. The dirt was still there on both inside and underside of blinds. So I showed him again how every blind still had dirt and dirty water spots on each slat. So he repeated the same accomplish-nothing spray & swish. After try #2, he said that's the best he could do because blinds are 'oxidized', and left. OMG...I wiped the dirt around with a wet finger. It was streaky brown. There is no oxidation...just ordinary dirt. I was actually surprised he returned, so was hopeful he really was wanting to do the reputable thing. As I stated earlier, I've had blinds cleaned by Sunrise Blinds over many years and have never had need for them to return. I'm big on supporting small business and will not let this change that. But, wow, I will definitely check all the reviews first and pay attention to the terrible ones! Is it possible to give less than one star?

I've been having our blinds cleaned for 17 years with no problems. Our regular service wasn't available so tried AAA. He was prompt and polite. After he left I went to push furniture back and noticed portions of a large blind were still covered with dirt...untouched. So I started looking around and they all have streaks of dirty areas, or some areas totally missed. I called and he offered to come back but, the bigger issue for me is, how could so much be missed and go unnoticed. Rescheduling is a hassle and means having to either keep things away from all windows until then or having to move everything again later.
