Remove old kitchen cabinets and rotted floor in a rental property kitchen. After all the damaged floor and insulation was removed, the pluming was moved from the outside wall to an interior all, and electric heat was recommended to the property owner to be installed. No heat was installed and new water supply lines were installed using PEX pipe, the floor was insulated and new subfloor was installed. Thea cabinet layout changes slightly due to the sink being moved, but the whole project took only 4 days. The tenant had a temporary sink until the new counter tops were fabricated and installed.
