Stay away from this contractor. Very dishonest and unfortunately incapable of doing the work he signs on and promises to do. We paid him to paint a residential town home. We asked him for good quality clean and straight work. After taking half the agreed upon total, they Did a very poor job sparkling, and then without using primer decided to paint straight over the speckled parts on the wall all over the house, of course when the paint dried every piece of repaired speckled wall was seen through the paint and resembled a checkerboard of spots all up-and-down every wall. On top of that they did not use painters tape to separate the walls from the ceilings and the windows from the walls and naturally every single wall was crooked and wavy and now we have paint on every vinyl window in the house. After we confronted the the owner, he refused to repair and fix his mistakes and blamed the result on Not charging us enough for the job. This experience was very disappointing and as a result all we did was waste time and hundreds of dollars in paint that we now have to purchase again and pay somebody else to redo the work. I want to also add that they didn't even start the 2nd floor.

Very honest clean and trustworthy contractor. Margarito is very clean and did a great job remodeling my bathroom and painting The inside of my home. He did not try to overcharge me like the rest of the contractors that gave me Quotes. I would recommend him to any homeowner that is looking to do home improvement at a great price.
