This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I was in desperate need to have my new refrigerator moved from my driveway into the house. I received a call that they could install my refrigerator and take away the trash for $125-150. They showed up with no appliance dolly (used my neighbors), scratched my hardwood floors, undid the ice maker's hose, is was leaking (they didn't turn it all the way off) and offered to come back tomorrow and fix it for $155. They did not put the handles on my refrigerator, my plumber the next day said my valve was NOT leaking and just hooked the new hose up, and they did not take my trash. They also charged me the higher end of the quote but didn't even do the job quoted. They argued that the trash take away would have been an additional charge until I showed them a text from them. There defense was that they sent a Christmas card with their husband to the job. DO NOT HIRE THEM. The last text was that they had plenty of customers and didn't need anymore.
