Didnt do any follow up written estimates despite multiple requests. Then was upset that I went with a company that could get me a professional estimate the next day. He believed that I would agree to giving him the job just with his verbal quote. Because he lost he roofing job, he told me to forget about him doing my kitchen and basement. Moreover, he's a big nickel and dimer, everything has a charge. Won't use porch again because of his example.
