Hi, this is Wes from West Coast Home Inspection. I am ready to go to work for you. I promise satisfaction with the use of the most current technology. I use formaldehyde and moisture detection devices. In addition, I use thermal inferred cameras for walls and ceilings to detect moisture from hidden leaks and temperature differences from bad electrical wiring and missing insulation. I also thoroughly check the roof and surrounding property for any damages or repair with the use of high definition drone mounted cameras providing aerial photographs. All of this included without any addition fees. Thank you West Coast Home Inspection for such a wonderful experience during a stressful time of our purchase. You were very professional and helpful with all the knowledge and findings of things that needed to be fixed. I was amazed at the top of the line technology that you had to complete the inspection. A drone was used to fly over the roof looking at all areas that the inspector would not be able to walk over. He used a meter to check for any formaldehyde detected in the house and a moisture meter to check for any leaks in the walls. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone in need for a home inspection. Thank you again for a job well done!
