What an absolutely terrible interaction. Isaac and his assistant came to my home terribly dressed and late. From there they spent so much time telling me my home was a tear down and unsafe and ugly... Actually the second comment from them after hello. The home is terrible but I only needed to hear it once not for the barely 20 min they spent. I'm fine if they don't like my home but don't talk down to someone if you don't have a solution; they didn't. They talked over my partner and I and did not ask us a single question about what we wanted in our new home. Verbally during our belittling initial conversation without finishes their quote was 710$ per square foot with almost no selling or speaking to what set them apart. When asked about next steps they told me they would get back to me and never did. Finally after not hearing from them for a week I reached out and they wanted a 12k deposit for drawing. This was as a response to when I should expect to hear from them. No email or proposal or scope of work they wanted to move right to drawings without another meeting or any idea what we wanted to build after a text. If my project did not interest them, honesty would have been the best policy. If this is the kind of communication you get from a contractor from the start, run don't walk in the other direction. It felt like I was dealing with the grossest used car dealership not purchasing a super high end product. I mentioned the business to two other contractors I have spoken to and they just laughed in an "oh those guys are ridiculous" way. Response: Is this not just the response of someone who would spend half an hour talking over a prospective client? No effort to work it out or take any responsibility... Clearly no one is in charge here. We wanted our building brought up to code or rebuilt by a professional company. We knew we were in trouble and reached out to Trig for help. No one asked anyone to do any work without a permit. Unfortunately, what we got was dismissal. What drawings or engineering were going to be created? We had not even had a conversation about what we wanted. Furthermore, responding, in the offensive, to my issues listed here without a phone call or personal follow up. This response, filled with spelling errors, vitriol, and run on sentences constitutes what one should likely expect from this company in resolving project issues; deflection and a lack of personal responsibility. Don't put your unprofessionalism on me. At every step of the way you guys messed up even in your response to this review.

Trig Builders designed, demolished and remodeled two bathrooms and the master bedroom suite in a house that we just purchased. The work that they included the replacement of all the old plumbing, relocation of the existing heating vents, create a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and the complete remodeling of two new gorgeous bathrooms. During the remodeling, we lived in the house and Yossi helped us to search and buy all the materials and the hardware including all the lighting fixtures, sinks, vanities, tile floor and more…. Our main reasons why we do recommend them are: - The finished work is definitely a top quality and without any defects or mistakes in the finishing. - They are hones, skilled and professional people. - They made sure to clean all the working areas during the remodeling. - The way they were able to design and implement the vision and ideas is beyond our expectations. The remodeling was completed a little bit after the scheduled (which it’s completely normal). We love the bathrooms and bedroom and it could not be better. The project as completed within our original budget. We will hire Trig Builders again!

Trig Builders was contracted by us to do a complete renovation of our kitchen including ceiling popcorn removal, rebuild the pantry, new cabinets and storage shelfs in the pantry, marble countertops and subway backsplash. They truly worked with us on the design that was made based on our initial meetings and was changed several times before we approved it within the exact same kitchen space. The complete project was finished within the time frame that was set and mainly within our budget. All of the workers and sub-contractors were very friendly, professional and worked every day for a full day until the project was completed. Another thing that we really liked and appreciated was that they cleaned up each and every day before they left home. All the cabinets (including the new ones that were added in order to maximize the space) and the marble countertops were a perfect fit and excellent. While the project was in progress, we wanted to convert the kitchen from gas to electric. Our project manager Yossi, did that task very well too and he made sure that all the people that were involved in our kitchen will work seamlessly with all the sub-contractors including the electrician and plumber who did the installation of the gas.

I would like to talk about the great experience that we had with All Trig Builders. We wanted to paint the house outside and also to paint the hallway, dining area and den (repaired and painted). The only thing we knew going into the project was the colors and type of paint that we need to use. I wanted the walls to be painted in a certain paint and design and I just couldn’t come up with the good color combinations. Yossi and his designer came up with several color options and textures that included the oil based paint on the doors and moldings and another type of paint color that will cover the rest of the walls and all the walls outside. With the help and samples of Yossi and his office, I can say that it did helped us to pick the colors and in fact it added helpful suggestions regarding the design elements such as door knobs, cabinets, appropriate lighting, etc. that make the house look much better. Yossi from Trig Builders was in and out in all the days during the work and he supervised the actual painters! I must admit that I was impressed to see 6 painters working at my house for 8 days. The house was clean each day after they left for that day. What made this project so challenging (to my opinion) was the fact that the current paint was old and it would take longer time to fix and remove it because of all the years that the oil based paint covered the internal doors, closets and baseboards. We were offered by other painters to use special chemicals and without any guarantees. And some of them were even recommended us to just replace them with new ones (and that added so much more money to the project – so we just left this idea and put it aside). We picked up Benjamin Moore as the brand of the paint (it was highly recommended to us by Yossi) and it took only four coats of paint. Smooth and bright as silk. No nasty dust or defects on the paint. No nasty smell or any other type of problems. Yossi and his painters completed the work on time and without any delays and I also need to mention that the overall price was not that night compare to the quality of the job. The design was charged separately and we were ok with that because we could just use the design and hire someone else for the actual work. The workers were pretty much quiet and no loud or yelling during the work. We were able to continue to work at house while the painters worked on the hallways and den. We would I recommend you use Yossi and have a home that feels new!
