My experience with gold star wasn't very good. They had a technician come out and access the problem, he told me my squirrel cage was broken and would have to be back tomorrow with the part. The company reached out to me that next day to inform me that the part wasn't available and that they had ordered it and they would have it next day. Mind you this is in the winter and my house is now at 55 degrees. They call me the next day and say the part they ordered wasn't correct and now they won't be open until Monday. Ive been without A/C for almost a week in winter and all I get from this company is a run around on why they can't fix it.
