Greg Noel's Nursery & Tree Svc

We had Greg move a tree about 15 feet last year. He told me it was going to cost $400. He was coming to Cedar Rapids from North Liberty, wanted drive time as well. Agreed to his terms and made a contract. The job went pretty well except the tree was crooked and had to use my truck to straighten it and has been cabled since he left. The part that really upset me was, When he arrived, he commented that we live in a "nice community" and live in a "nice house" and "boy, that's a nice boat" and by the way, It's going to be $500, Not the $400 we agreed upon. He complained about an issue with the company and an issue he was having and losing money. I believe he took advantage because he thought in his mind that we could afford it. He is a scammer. Be aware. If you make an agreement, get it in writing and hold him too it.
