JMR Contracting

DO NOT HIRE Casey Rodriguez from JMR Contracting! I paid him to remodel a home for me and he stole my money. He is under investigation with the Arkansas Licensing Board!! Not only is his work subpar and won't pass inspection; he is also a manipulator and will RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY. Do not let the charm fool you, he is not a good person and does not pay his workers. If you pay him for a job, he will eventually abandon it because his workers will not show up. He will not issue you a refund, even if the work is incomplete. He will become very hostile and just simply turn his phone off. If you ask him about this complaint, he will lie about it. Contact the Arkansas licensing board at 501-372-4661 and they will confirm that this complaint is true. They will also confirm that he has been dodging them and haven't responded to the complaint. In a few weeks he will not have a license. If he tells you to pull permits, it's because he's no longer licensed! He also is not bonded so you will just lose your money if you work with him.

It's crazy to see all the new projects that JMR Contracting has been working on. Esp seeing a post that they've completed the cabinets on their current project.... since they haven't even completed cabinets(and several other things)on a project they started in May of 2018 that they've already been PAID TO DO. In fact the owner, Casey, refuses to return phone calls and emails. DO NOT use this man for anything. He's a thief!! He "needed the money" up front to pay for everything. Faith was put into this man. He seemed like an honest man. So, he was paid. He's been given ample amount of time to complete what he's been contracted to do. He started the project, and would have people show up basically when he felt like it. There would be weeks between times they'd work on the house. When they would, not much would get done. You'd have to really search to see what was done. As time went on, there were more and more weeks between visits. Weeks turned into months. Then, the realization sunk in that we'd never hear from him again. We'd been dooped. And stuck with unfinished projects. DO NOT hire this man for anything!!!

Closed in carport to garage. Very good job. Mr. Rodriguez was there every day to over see the job. Will use him for future work.

Casey does great work! I would recommend him anytime!
