DO NOT HIRE! 2 years and my permit is still not closed. Have damage to home from multiple leaks and water intrusions. Owner collected funds prior to due 1.5 years ago, did not supervise job and has for 2 years avoided following what the City requires leaving me with more damage to home. Still leaking, horrible work and continues to insist I am a bad customer while water has poured in my home and have had to file with his insurance company. NIGHTMARE, even is you have to pay double elsewhere will be much better! 2 years of City meetings, missing work, emotional stress and still no resolve.
