On Aug. 26th we lost power to our florida room--and on Aug 27th we lost power to half of our home. I called and a service call was scheduled for Sept. 2nd. Andrew arrived promptly at 8:30 am. He solved the issue in our home quickly, a bad breaker. The florida room was not as easy. He would not leave until he solved the problem. After removing siding on the outside of our home, he discovered the main wire that supplies electricity to that room had completely burnt in half. He returned on Sept. 9th with another technician (Mike) and they rewired our florida room and installed a separate breaker for that room. Andrew was a very polite young man and his work ethic is excellent! We would not hesitate to recommend your company to residents of our park. Nick from Sergeants installed a light fixture in our kitchen. He was prompt and courteous. And the job was done in a very short time. Would definitely use them again!
