Fence Outlet North Port LLC

On June 28 we had an extension on a fence that fence outlet installed several years ago. The product and installation is very nice and matches the previous fence. We paid the balance owed that same day. That evening we noticed our internet service was not working and put in a call to the provider Frontier. It took several days but they came out and repaired the cut cable that ran under a new post that was part of the extension. Frontier sent a bill for the repair to us, which we paid. I passed this to Josh at fence outlet. Today is September 1 and after many calls and getting passed around, I do not believe fence outlet will reimburse me for paying this repair bill. The fence outlet contract clearly states they are responsible for locating underground cables. They located it digging a post hole.
