The Cleaning Authority - North Tarrant County

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: WAY OVERPRICED, TERRIBLE CLEANING JOB, RUDE OWNER They do a terrible job cleaning, they rush in and out, they can't even do the BASICS (sinks, mirrors, floors, empty trashcans, cabinet fronts, which their form states they will do ALL of that). If you talk with the owner, Steve, he is disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude, absolutely NO customer service skills. If you haven't been with the company for a long time, they do not care to try to make you happy or fix what they haven't done. They also charge $260 for under 2 hours of cleaning?? Absolutely ridiculous considering they don't even clean everything that they're supposed to. Click off of cleaning authority and FIND SOMEONE ELSE
