I contracted this company after reading very good reviews at Houzz. Met David and he came across like a good guy, with sound ideas and creativity. The project we started (and haven't finished after approximately 3 months) is a simple grilling area that cost around 20K. The price is fair, compared with other estimates I got. However, the quality of the job is beyond bad. Facts: Wood used for the counters is almost rotten (after less than 2 months of installed). I chose wood in agreement with David to avoid heavy material on the grilling area. What I did not agree with him is to put the cheapest wood available in the market. The one he installed is what is used for fences, pressure-treated. The sink that was installed in the countertop is loose: it was never attached and is already separated from the countertop surface. The grill: I brought from Argentina all the cast iron pieces to build a grill around it. I gave him instructions countless times, even offer to show him a video on how to install it. He told me that was not needed; "I got it", he claimed... The chimney that comes with it touches the wooden canopy, making it a fire hazard. The grill floor broke after grilling twice: he put limestone, that obviously does not stand fire. Broke into pieces but, worse than that, took me forever to have Borowske Builders call me back to fix the issue, despite knowing this was a major construction error and smoke and fire were coming from underneath the grill surface. David does not answer phone calls once you paid, is absolutely careless and, perhaps worse, ignorant in what refers to building. Make all efforts to avoid this amateur, who can't probably fill his dad's shoes.
