Absolute Home Renovation

Anthony Hartman/Absolute Home Renovations of N Royalton, Ohio took advantage of my senior citizen mother. If you are in need of a contractor, find another company for your own sake. His sloppy workmanship and failure to complete the job is costing us tens of thousands of dollars to fix. See some other reviews that I posted to see some pictures I've uploaded for review. I'm trying hard to make sure that this guy can't do this to anyone else. Please be ware, this is a real life situation in which I don't want to see happen to anyone else.

The worst renovation project ever. I hired this company to renovate my mothers home and to build a new fence. Well... here goes the story: I had to hire a new plumber to tear out everything he had done. I had to open up walls due to leaks, had to take out all plumbing in bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen in which is costing us thousands. I also had to hire a new contractor in which is costing us in the thousands to tear down the newly installed fence due to improper installation. The fence is flapping in the wind, the post are not deep enough nor is there enough concrete and will pop out of the ground in the winter, the fence will blow down in a bad wind storm, he didn't purchase/install proper gates nor did he purchase and install post caps. The fence post are uneven and off square by over four inches in some places. The new contractor needs to go through the house and remove and replace all new doors we just purchase, painted, and installed by this company. We have to redo flooring, woodwork, tear out the new backsplash, redo some electrical, tear out all the door millwork, the list keeps going. The painter is trying to make things look nice by putting caulk in the woodwork. The painter has gone through some 35 tubes of caulk. The list is so long it would take me forever to write. Very dirty and sloppy workmanship, my mom has lived in filth for two months. A good contractor would have had this project done in three weeks. This has been going on for two months and still was unfinished. All I can say is to be aware. Best of luck on your future renovation project, please don't be taken like we did.

Homeowner be ware of this awful contractor! I had recently hired this contractor for my moms project. I live in another state and had put my trust in him. Well, here goes the story: My mom is a senior citizen, he had her living in her kitchen like a caged animal and hostage in her own home living in filth for two months and the job still remains unfinished. There is not one thing done right. We hired him to put a new vinyl fence up and to remodel my moms home. I had to hire a licensed plumber to tear every last thing he installed costing us thousands of dollars. I had to hire a new contractor to tear down the fence and rebuild it costing us in the thousands. The new contractor also needs to remodel the new things he done. We need a new backsplash, flooring repairs, new doors, new trim throughout as he is unable to cut a simple miter, upside down vents, repair damaged cabinets, it's repair after repair after repair. The list is so long that I would be typing for hours. All I can say or ask of you is to run away fast and find another contractor. Please don't be a victim like us! I hope you take this review VERY serious as this is a real situation.
