Carlos tore down my old, rotting deck and rebuilt a new one that was 10x more structurally sound. 6x6 posts set in concrete, support beams, treated lumber, and Trex decking - plus he built a great set of steps. His prices are more than fair! I couldn’t be happier with my deck! I wish I could post photos!

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on our condo! He had to be creative with unexpected building issues due to the age of our place and used his creativity and professionalism to come up with solutions. Would definitely use him again and refer him to friends.

We reached out to Home Depot for a pro referral regarding (1) a deck refurbishment or (2) a deck demolition and construction of a new deck. Consequently, we met with Carlos, representing LWA Builders. Carlos presented ideas we liked for this project.
