Beauchemin Designs Inc.

Ed beauchemin designed and built our home. We bought it when it was finished (late) with the understanding we could make a "punch list" Of items needing repair. It took 4 months to get the garbage disposal fixed, the the retaining wall was only completed 1/4 of the way and we now have dirt/rocks pouring into the driveway. (He told us to put some mulch down and throw the rocks back up the hill). There is broken vinyl siding, a broken screen on the garage, and the yard was never graded or loomed. When we've tried to address these things on the brand new house he built.....he is cocky, and refuses to take care of them. Says, it's really not that hard....throe the rocks back up the hill, The deck is not squared and was put together with nails, not screws and its already shifting. The driveway is not even half what was promised. We picked out appliances and didn't get the ones we picked. We were supposed to have an island in the kitchen, that never happened. The list goes on and on.
