Disgusting business practices!!!! Sent a bill for a service THEY NEVER DID! Was looking for a septic person in May so we called them from a recommendations. They never came out so we used another company in June. Not only did these people not come and perform a service, we get a past due bill today with a 4/30/21 date. We didn't even get the recommendation until May 2. It's in a damn text so how did they do our service in April when we NEVER heard of them? Who ever answered the phone basically said too bad. Really! The second company left a very detailed report showing how much was pumped. There is no way these people showed up!especially since someone is home 24/7 in my home. Was the truck invisible?
