David Lowrie is a very unprofessional contractor who does not complete work, does unacceptable work and skips town and never honors his obligations. 203 Livingston Court in North Wales he rented and left and apparently moved to Texas. Who knows. This man is a LIAR from start to finish. If you have been scammed by this man contact the BBB and The Attorney Generals Office. I have. If he has moved to Texas look out my Texas friends for David Lowrie. David Lowrie you should be ashamed of yourself. After investigating you through various organizations and finding a trail of people you scammed my observation is you are a man of very little character who I know has a family and you know what you are a shame to them and to Pennsylvania.
