Unreliable, unreliable, and unreliable. Did I say unreliable? Paul Benson (owner of Beautiful Fence), is Johnny-on-the-spot when he comes out to sell you the fence. After that, good luck. Getting in touch with him is next to impossible unless he needs money and once he installs your fence, he does a disappearing act. He installed my fence in June, 2017. In July 2017 there were some issues and over the course of the month, I called and left a voicemail 7-times and I emailed him twice (with pictures of the problem). Did he return even one phone call or email? I ended up hiring another fence company to do the work -- including fixing a misaligned fence latch and other "punch list," items. Because Paul demands payment-in-full at the end of each job, he seems to feel there is zero warranty on his work and that's how he treats you. Once he gets paid, he's done with you and that's that. Buyer beware. There are lots of fence companies out there. Pick one that's more reasonably priced and one that has a proven track record of standing by their work. If you choose "Fencin' by Benson," be prepared to be aggravated.
