Flawless installation of Hardwood Flooring in a previously carpeted master bedroom with two walk-in closets. (majority of furniture removed from room, worked with two heavy pieces of furniture remaining in room). A small portion of the subfloor required re-leveling prior to flooring installation. Threshold flooring pieces were placed for each doorway to accent rooms separations, a custom 45-degree tongue and groove was cut from the wood flooring for each 45-degree flooring piece at the bedroom doorway to keep that high-traffic area strong and sturdy throughout the years of walking. Floor was installed from windows to the bathroom entrance keeping parallel with the bathroom threshold. Baseboard was pre-painted and installed on top of the flooring afterwards.

This was a septic-backup repair job. We were hired to take over after previous contractor left without completing work. Various areas of the property were repaired poorly and/or left incomplete. We took on this project because it fit well with the wide variety of skills for our workers and apprentices. This was a two-man job that took two full consecutive days. The current tenants of the property had a newborn child so keeping the area quiet, clean and using paint that was free of VOC's was something we addressed right away. We prepped the walls, painted, and installed baseboard around the perimeter. In addition, we made repairs to the hardwood flooring and completed it in sections where it was left incomplete.

Color-matched custom 48'' x 19'' x 12'' floating bookshelf. Worked with an interior designer to build a bookshelf that was color-matched to colors of furniture in the room. Client requested that the bookshelf be floating as to be easy to clean underneath. Installed directly to studs and rated to hold somebody who may feel the urge to do pullups with it.

Custom Closet Design - Cedar-lined walk-in closet. Sliding storage with adjustable shelves designed to organize up to 84 pairs of shoes. All shelving climbable. I was responsible for doing the entire room, from installing the hardwood flooring, the cedar lining, and the custom-built shelves and sliding mechanisms for both the east and west-side of the closet. The north and south sides would later hold front & back mirrors.
