Comments: They just finished our master bathroom. I chose them because we had a neighbour who had worked with them before. He could not say enough about how pleased he was. They started work on March 21st, gave an estimate one week to finish, and that is about exactly how long it took. I can not say enough about the crew that did the work! They were incredibly friendly, polite, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up meticulously after every day of work. They were very helpful to me when I was unsure of something from a design standpoint. I trusted their experience and judgment, and it was able to help me, on several occasions, decide on certain aesthetic issues. It was a pleasure working with everyone in this company. So professional, really good at what they do, were always on the job when they said they would be, good communication, etc. The bathroom turned out beautifully. I am super pleased with it. The work is clean and meticulous, and I know if I ever had an issue with something they would be out immediately to fix it. I am absolutely going to use them for our other bathroom remodel. I recommend them highly!

5 stars all the way. From start to finish, this has been such a rewarding experience. I am always skeptical about contractors. From the beginning Jim showed me that i have no reason to worry. He explained everything to me thoroughly. I decided to go with Bathrooms by design and i couldn't be happier. The job was done in a prompt manner. There was a little unexpected bump in the road with the plumbing but Nate still fixed the issue and got it done by the promised time. Most importantly, the work is so pretty and elegant. Incredible experience. Bathrooms by design remodeled two bathrooms and planned their work flow so perfectly we experienced zero inconveniences. Complete replacement of plumbing fixtures and coordinated with vanity tops replacement our bathrooms were out of commission only 3 days. I wish I could give them a score twice as high. Truly the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.
