I hired Andriy Urbanovych, the owner of Premier Home Builder, L.L.C., over a three year period to rebuild three waterfront homes in Westport, CT. These properties are luxury residences that required the highest standard of fit & finish. The completed renovations, cost approximately $800,000, materially increasing the capital value of each of these homes as well as in two cases substantially increasing their rental income. Our first renovation consisted of gutting the whole first floor of a 3,500 sq ft home, installing new wooden floors, new windows and new doors throughout, a completely new kitchen & dining area & a new two story staircase to the second floor. Andriy also supervised the construction of a new hip roof over a part of this home which had previously been covered by a flat roof. Since this house was built with tile, this job presented unique construction issues, which had confounded my architect, but which Andriy resolved in a creative and cost effective manner. Our second renovation also had its unique difficulties as this 2,150 Sq ft project was located on a very steep hillside. Over time the water run-off created by the topography had caused mold & damp to build up under the stucco finish rotting out most of the house's wooden framing. Andriy devised and built an in-ground drainage system that diverted the run-off away from the house & then rebuilt all the walls and decks, installed new windows and doors throughout the home and once again installed a new kitchen. In addition, Andriy also supervised the installation of a new steel barrel roof and its sub-structure which presented its own unique difficulties on this very demanding job. Our final major renovation was to my 3,500 Sq ft home. Once again Andriy gutted the first floor of the house installing wooden floors throughout and replacing all windows, decks and doors. He once again installed a new kitchen, sun room & dining area and he also built a completely new front entrance to our home. Last, but not least, Andriy replaced the asphalt shingles on a major portion of our roof. In all these projects Andriy worked well with architects, sub-contractors and town inspectors. Andriy himself is a pleasure to work with, always bringing intelligence and a sense of humor to the job site. It is my pleasure to recommend him.

I used Premier Home Builders for many different projects in the last 5 years, including bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling and finishing the basement. In 2016 I used this company for large home addition and remodeling project. They were prompt and professional from the start. We set up a schedule of completion for each inspection and he always met the time frame for inspections and passed most inspections on the first time. Overall his job performance was very good and he completed all the projects on time and within the budget. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
