He quit the job without having any communication or conversation about how a dispute on poor workmanship and incomplete work could be resolved. He took materials from the site without returning them when asked. He bought materials that were not used or excessive materials. He is suing the homeowner. I would not recommend due to gross unprofessionalism and skill level.
