DO NOT HIRE HIM. Johnathan is very unprofessional and clumsy, cuts corners. Quality of work he does is unacceptable. He starts multiple jobs around the house and after he did not complete any after 2 months. He will do more damage to your property and will cost you more to fix it. He keeps on asking money outside negotiated contract parameters and constantly threatens that he will stop work if you don’t pay. Johnathan took my money for materials and did not submit receipts for the full amount. HE keeps on coming up with reasons. The worst part is when confronted about quality of work and him not submitting material purchase receipts, he cut my phone call and stopped responding to my voice or text message.
