We have been using Jesse for many years on various small and large projects. He does great work, is very professional, and has helped us in numerous emergency situations (flooding, tree falling on our house) in a very timely fashion. We know he has lots of customers but always makes us feel like a priority. We're sure he does that for all his clients. We would give him 10 stars if we could.

As shown in the photos, her entire kitchen and dining room ceiling came down from the weight and volume of water. This damage extended to the basement. As we generally try to do, we arrived with 2 hours of the initial phone call, which happened to be after 9pm, in this particular case.
