Window and Door Superstore of Oak Forest

It's was the longest 3 1/2 weeks of my life,, but so well worth the wait, because these guys are so busy one of the owners Terry told me it could be a 5-7 week wait so when he called me yesterday and asked if I could be able to have them install my new kitchen windows today 05/16/2017 I thought it was Christmas, New Years and my b- day all in one. This company is a solid 5 Star company on a scale of 0-5, easily. Terry came over did an inspection of my old windows and like myself wasn't surprised at how contractors try to concentrate more on the " Profit" margins than the quality margin. His estimate was professionally explained and accurate and not a penny more, and his info on what to expect not only on the quality of my new windows but what to expect from removal of the old to the installation of the new and everything he said they did, no surprises and no disappointments. Now about the 2 guys who did the work. First of all I live in a 3 story condo in Tinley Park, IL. and back in February I saw them and one other company installing windows at another building, and even though it was kinda cold, Jason was kind and gave me his card and gave me info on the company, the other guys because of the temp, didn't seem to have time except to just give a business card. So I called one of the owners, Terry in mid April, he came out gave me the estimate and info on the windows and told me about David, who is also an owner but started as an installer, and has been with the company for many years and appreciates the quality of not only the products they install but the craftsmanship. So today when David and Jason showed up , I had no worries as to how the job would go, they not only showed up on time but paid great attention as to accuracy on the installation and keeping things clean and professional. I supplied fresh apple fritters and Dads root beer, cause these guys worked hard and did a lot of sweating 😅. The Window and Door Superstore has been doing business for along time and I am now convinced why.
