I offer professional home inspection services through out Eastern Tennessee with 25 years of remodeling construction experience and 20 years experience inspecting homes. I want to give you the tools to make a financially sound decision when buying your home. It is always great if you can be there for the inspection especially at the end so I can go over what I have found that is a concern. After I have inspected a home I return to my office and write up the report with photos and email it to you usually in less then 24 hours. Once you have read the report feel free to call me with any questions at all as many times as you need. My company is not a multi-inspector firm. I am the only inspector because one needs years of experience in construction to be a great home inspector. I don't want to be the biggest home inspection company only the best.
