Drafting Cafe takes a unique approach to architectural services. We tailor our services to the needs of each client. By listening to your needs up front, we are can typically provide a fixed fee, and provide a reasonable time frame for delivery. Projects can be as simple as a set of permit drawings for a deck or bathroom remodel, up to highly complex additions. Because our work is only residential, we have expansive knowledge in all areas including structural implications, construction cost, and permitting complexities.
