JZ Construction is one of the worst contractors I have dealt with, they were hired thru my property management company(LC PM Inc) , who themselves are thieves and committed crime by renting my house to drug dealers , it seems all the invoices prepared by JZ Construction was padded with increased costs and was deducted from rent paid to me by property management company, also when I went to check the work no work was done and even my tenants can testify to the same, I have been trying to contact them since days but Luis has not returned my calls, his license seems to have expired in 2016 and he should be put out of business for faking invoices without actually doing any work. the guy hires cheap Mexican workers to do the work on his behalf and charged expensive money to landlords.I would advise anyone who is trying to use him to check on the work he has done in past , im pretty all other landlords have been robbed in the past and he is continuing this practice even after expired license, I am not sure how California allows such contractors to stay in business.
