Garrett College Baseball Infield

Oct 2014

Replace the grass on the infield for Garrett College Baseball. The worn infield lawn needed replacement for Garrett College Baseball. We provided the sod and labor to re-grade and level the infield as well as install the new sod. The sod was installed in October 2014 when ground was cooler and moist such to avoid watering.

Sep 2014

Natural Stone Retaining Wall at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. We utilized a mixture of natural stone pieces that contained 50% or more stones too heavy to lift by hand. A bobcat mini excavator with hydraulic thumb was used to stack up the stone in artistic fashion. Why settle for industrial looking wall block? Go Natural! You will be glad that you did.

Piera Walkway

Jun 2012

Concrete Paver walkway installed atop 3" thick smooth concrete. This method of concrete paver installation called and "overlay" is used for extreme low maintenance concrete paver installations. Never worry about settling or soft sub-soils again. The smooth concrete provides an amazingly smooth surface and keeps the pavers sitting perfectly flat over time. Concrete may develop hairline cracks over extended periods of time but the 6"x6" welded wire mesh prevents separation of the slab. The pavers keep the surface looking sharp and clean at all times. We recommend this method for driveways. We drove our skid steer machine all over this walkway when we were done and it performed beautifully. Notice the double borders and contrasting colors and textures. This is the right way to do pavers.
