I had the WORST experience with this contractor over a year ago. The experience was so traumatic I've actually procrastinated leaving the bad review she/they truly deserve. (deep breaths) 1. She kept delaying showing ANY drawings of what the project would look like until they "finished" and then it was too late, despite my protestations. 2. Her partner ("Ali") was the rudest (to my wife) lying (claimed we agreed to all sorts of things that were invented from thin air), cheap labor who was too lazy to make things look nice, mismanager whose work failed SO many inspections that the inspectors from my city of Pompano Beach would laugh sadly/sympathetically and tell me I picked a bad company each time they came by. 3. The project turned out shoddy (I can provide pics), used cheapest hardware and was NOTHING like we requested. 4. We almost called the police on her electrician when he got violent after we pointed out he installed the light switches in the wrong place and multiple other goof ups. And he kept chrgung us extra to "fix" what Donna admitted he did wrong. He was not allowed back due to my wife fearing him and has to pay other electricians out of pocket. 5.My wife HATES how it turned out, nothing like what we asked for. 6. After failing like 10 inspections Do na tried to charge US extra out of pocket for the time she had to spend getting her work to pass inspection. 7. We are now ashamed of our kitchen ceiling and after spending $20k she bugs me every day to re-do it. 8. it took almost a YEAR to complete a tiny kitchen drop ceiling 10x10 w fan, soffit and 5 lights 9. This led to a final standoff wherein she added a bunch of charges at the end, I refused, she put a lien, I was forced to pay. I decided to wait a little before warning others that this place is the WORST WORST WORST and here I am. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE ANYTHING DEAR IN THIS WORLD.
