With more than 26 years of Home Inspection experience, I have performed over 12,000 home inspections on Long Island and the surrounding counties. My educational background includes Architecture and Business Management. Specific Home Inspection education includes Hofstra University's Home Inspection Curriculum, and extensive training at the NIBI (National Institute of Building Inspectors). An national award winning inspector, my excellence as a home inspector was recognized in 2009 by a major national franchise. I am licensed by NY State to teach home inspection, and I taught the NY State licensing classes at the Suffolk County campus of Molloy College.
