They did 2 homes for us, One in Boynton & another in Wellington. Their installation was great, on time and customer service was great. I suggest dealing with Dee in the office as Moez is always very busy, which is understandable, you cannot expect the owner to be at your beck and call all the time. The work is construction so it does get messy, i was warned, the contract is detailed and they did all the work they said they would and a little bit more

Left messages and received a call but still waiting for a follow up appointment, having a problem with Windows not closing properly.

Horrible contractor, bad service, terrible attitude and worst quality. I would hire any other company even if it is double the price. Save yourself from a complete nightmare, and thank me later.

My name is Mario Vargas, I am a civil engineer. I have dealt with various contractors in my life, big and small contractors. And this is the first time that I feel the urge to actually complain on the Internet about a contractor. This is the WORST contractor I have ever met. I hired MIW to install my balcony doors on mid December. At the beginning, MOEZ SOLA, seemed to be a decent person, and he offered a tempting discount for paying everything on cash. I will not disclose the final price to not get in any kind of legal problems, but the Mr. Sola offered a discount of almost $1000.00. Deal was paying half up-front, and the other half after installation. It took MIW 6 MONTHS To install the windows. After 4 appointments, one that they showed up unannounced and I was at work so I sent them back and 3 that they completely FORGOT! If I had not call before the appointments, I would have wasted my time. After they finally got to install the Windows, we had a problem with the payment (frankly I forgot I paid them only half and thought I paid it in full - that was my fault, but it was also because it was something that happened 6 months ago) However I am a calm and level headed person that works with multi million dollar contracts, so I politely agreed with paying the other half. Mr. SOLA, on the other side, completely lost his mind. He called me a THIEF. He insulted me on the phone while I was on the office. He even THREATENED me to not install the windows if I did not showed up in the apartment before 6:00 (my cousin was there watching that everything went alright). It was HUMILIATING. I had to keep my coolness, because I knew he would be capable of leave the house without the door, with no remorse. When I finally came (with the rest of the money in cash), they were not even sorry, He resumed to work, with two other guys. They were leaving huge CRACKS on the plaster. And did not put wood pieces between the door frame and the ceiling (See attached picture). Anyways, while Mr. Sola and the guys were installing the windows, I asked him for some details on the drawings to see if they were mounting the frame right, and he REFUSED, and he was not polite about it. Therefore I had to just look quietly, as they were butchering the door, hammering down the pieces into place. At the end, they left the door with a lot of SCRATCHES and completely dirty. and I knew that if I confronted him for this absolutely TERRIBLE service, I would have ended up with an even worst final product. When Mr. Sola was gone, the apartment was a mess, everything was dirty and they did not help to move back any of the furniture. To put an end to this story. I am sure I had the absolutely worst experience, and I hope it does not happen to anybody else. If you hire MIW for a future job I can only wish you luck, but I had to share my experience. I am sure, I would never hire MIW again, and I would gladly pay axtra for a better service, and a better door. These kind of contractor are a DISGRACE for the construction industry. MIW does not deserve to be on this business. Thank you very much for your attention.
